The Terrace Blues Ground Guide
Bognors Nyewood Lane is an old ground but who cares- its on the sea front! The beach is a five minute walk down the road and has everything you expect from a seaside resort- even a Butlins! The train station is reasonably close to the ground but I, for one, have no idea how to get to the ground from here. Taxi anybody? If driving, parking is limited but street parking is acceptable in most places.
Inside the ground and the first port of call is the clubhouse. It is situated on an open terrace behind the near goal and is reasonably sized. It is also very conveniently placed (for one half of the match at least) as you can buy your drinks and basically get pissed on the terraces.
The main stand is sort of split into two. Both parts are low to the ground and doesnt really offer an attractive view of proceedings. The opposite side has a covered terrace- think the Meldrews at the Camrose but closer to the pitch.
The far end is covered and perfect for making a bit of noise. It also seems to be a popular place to spill a pint meaning a walk the entire length of the ground to get a new one!

Travelling to the ground
By Car: Take the M27/A27 to Chichester then the A259 and pass through Bersted towards Bognor Regis. Turn right into Hawthorne Road and the left into Nyewood Lane- the ground is on the right.
By Train: Bognor Regis Station is 700 yards from the ground.(good luck after that short description!)
